She laid out a complete plan on how to sell my property including a CMA and recommendations which included her own extensive research of the market, similar homes and trends. It was a relief to be able to not only trust her to get the job done but to have her keep in constant communication; I never questioned where we were in the process. The entire process was stress-free for me and there's nothing better than peace of mind. None of which would have been possible with anyone other than Gwen.

I have a whole album of photos to look back on for closing day! I wish I knew more people buying homes so I could recommend her to everyone, haha.
