Jenny was fantastic and so thoughtful throughout all the processes. We lived in Ohio and very new to Texas. She offered 3-4 areas where we would need to look, and what we would need to consider for our work and commute, our kids' schools, and all amenities around the towns. My husband visited over the weekend and we could make an offer after the short visit. She never pushed us to make a decision, but always made us feel comfortable in making decisions every step. Since we were not in town, she checked every component of the inspection, contracts, and closing. We bought our house when COVID happened, she was very cautious with social distancing and worked promptly to meet the plan of our moving.
