I actually heard Jessica speaking to a friend of mine who was selling her house and they had some challenges no fault of Jessica or the seller but the way she handled it and spoke to my friend was very impressive, Jessica had a very calming way about her and was very positive in her approach, because of that, I wanted to meet her. This was a difficult sale for me as my dad passed away and it was my childhood home, it was important for me to have a family in the house that would be happy And neighbor friendly. Jessica's ability to market the House was great and did so many over and above things to help me since I was running back-and-forth between my home in San Diego and the Santa Rosa property. She help me with my garage sale and followed through with getting some inspections done prior to selling, just many things that truly were not her job but was such a huge help. I believe that Jessica would do a good job for any client, her ability to adapt to her customer is excellent and she really listen to needs and expectations. She's very hard working and never failed to respond to any questions or concerns I had almost immediately.. Not only was Jessica great realtor but someone now that I will consider a friend and recommend her highly to anyone that might be looking for a property to buy or sell.

Jessica Andrews Kunst understands that her clients are busy and don't have the same knowledge of real estare as she does. she was very good at sharing her knowlege with me. She has a wonderul way of dealing with the other agent, the title company and all others that we had to do business with. She is professional and completely likable. Jessica had excellant negotiation skills! She negotiated the price down for me! When the seller asked for unreasonable requests, like a renegotiation of the deposit I had paid, she said No. Jessica made a point of putting my daughter in an area in Santa Rosa that was safe! Jess was super patient with my sometimes lack of knowledge. Jess went out of her way to make the proceess painless for us. My husband has stage 4 lung cancer and I had open heart surgery and had a stroke during recovery. Needless to say my husband and I did not need any added stress, thats where Jessica really went up and beyond giving us good service! She kept saying she would take care of everything and we did not need any stress!

When deciding on picking an agent, I knew I had to go with her. I have known her in a professional setting, as well as a personal one, from back in the day. I have seen her in action on many different occasions when it comes to what she knows and when it comes to not letting anyone get over on her. She is the sweetest person, but a fierce lioness when it counts. As first home buyers, this was a scary and unknown process for us and to feel you completely trust someone in a sales position, is rare thing so I feel extremely fortunate that I had her as my agent. She was patient, extremely accessible and never made me feel stupid for asking any of the many, MANY questions I had. Her patience and knowledge kept me calm throughout this undertaking. I always felt she had my best interest at the fore front and not what her commission was going to be in the end. She truly loves what she does and it showed 100 percent!!!! Thank you Jessica!
