Was willing to really help us, as we were out of state, and needed a place to buy for daughter, who's going to college there. John did more for us than the broker we had previously been with for 2 days, in person. He videotaped properties for us, drove all over, consulted us on our offers. But most importantly, he understood what we needed and really delivered. Best realtor we have EVER had! Was honest about properties and so very helpful, and went that extra mile! We will definitely use him again! Wish John was available in AZ, as we have a home here. We will definitely use him wherever we buy a home in CA! And I will refer him with 5 stars to anyone who we know who wants properties in the Sonoma area! He treated us with respect, knowledge, and was always polite, kind and generous!

John really hustled for us. We were in a situation where we wanted to find something quickly because we had a baby on the way. And John was everywhere we needed him to be when we needed him to be there. He is a very positive person and kept our morale high when things weren't working out for us at the beginning. And in the end he was able to get us into a place that we feel really good about. His determination and dedication to us was exemplary and I'm sure he brings those qualities to all of his client relationships.

When I selected John Kelly I was looking for someone who was energetic and passionate about finding me the right place. I also wanted someone who i felt would look out for me throughout this entire process. Both of these aspects were what really drove me to select John for my search. I actually started out my search with a different realtor but they weren't very communicative or helpful. When I made that assessment I decided to start looking around for another one that may be a better fit for me. I remembered hitting it off with John immediately at an open house a few weeks prior and decided to give him a call. When we met, he was extremely approachable and easy to talk to. In addition, he was the most prepared out of everyone that I had met with and took me through a personalized packet that contained information on the market, statistics, process and everything I needed to know about buying a house and being a first time home buyer which I was blown away by. I think we could have talked for hours on just that first day. After that he continued to far exceed my expectations. Although I knew he had more clients and I'm sure he would make more commission on many of them than he would on mine, he made me feel like I was his only client and that my search was extremely important to him. He would drop anything to come help me or go visit some places on a moments notice and I couldn't be happier that I made the decision to continue my search with John. It felt like he was constantly searching on my behalf and always had new options that fit my search even as I modified what I was looking for during the process. I would trust John with everything and I would have no doubt that he would represent me in the best way possible.

Thanks John for making this an easy experience for our family. You were so patient and responsive, you made us feel like we were your only client.
