Very pleased about keeping in contact with me and keeping me informed about the status of the sale. Also satisfied about the recommendations of appraisers before putting property up for sale. Everything went in a timely manner. As I said I am very satisfied with the overall experience and plan on using John again in the very near future. Was so pleased with John in every aspect and plan to use him in the future sales. Has knowledge of the area of my property, is a friend and relative.

What I really appreciated about John was his old school work ethic. Not only did he take upon our challenge (find us a home that we like in area X which the seller would be willing to work with us on an off market deal that involves a 1031 exchange) diligently but he pretty much knocked it out of the park. We love the home that he found for us and it was priced fairly. Come on, who is going to be able to find a pocket or private listing in this market??? Not only is inventory fairly low but the chances of being the winning bidder of a publicly listed property is slim at best. Also, be mindful of what we were trying to accomplish, a 1031 exchange. Sure, selling our investment property was not a difficult task, yet John did manage to do that in a fast enough fashion and got us a good price that the 1031 exchange then was able to proceed fairly smoothly since we had already identified a property beforehand. Any road bumps that we did encounter in this complex transaction was not of John's doing whatsoever. I can not recommend John more highly to anyone who has some real estate needs. John is a straight shooter and he tells it like it is. I wish all RE agents could be as hard working and simply good as John Morra. Thank you, John!!!
