He was always reachable and always willing to explain everything, though never was he condescending in any way. Since this was our first house our budget was about $400k. John found us an excellent variety of homes in the exact area we wanted. He helped us swoop in and grab this house before anyone else could make a bid. We were stuck between a beautiful home in Bloomfield and the home we purchased in Clifton. John took the time to help us weigh the pros and cons of each property AND he pointed out many features & issues that didn't even occur to us to question. He helped us make this huge decision and I can't express how much we value his input, instruction and expertise. John was always flexible with timing and he worked around our annoying and hectic schedules with a smile. We plan to be in this home for about 5 years and then hopefully we will move to a larger home. When that time comes, you can bet that I'll be on the phone to John to both list this current house and to find us a new one! We really struck gold with Mr. John Tierney!
