Jorge is very effective and extremely efficient. I bought a 4 plex in the most complicated city with rent control laws. Tenants can be annoying and can abuse their "tenant rights" even to grant access. I can't express enough how much I appreciated and loves the way that Jorge set the law and didn't take any of the tenants BS. I think they were scared of him for doing nothing but being firm and respectful. He was careful and cautious to make sure that we were protected in the transaction before letting us remove our contingencies. He's by far more than a typical realtor. We have followed Jorge and have seen the work that he does. While I know that there are many good agents out there, for us there was no question in our minds that we were going to work with Jorge. We wanted to sell our home right as the market started shifting and even with everything going on, Jorge knew exactly what to say and what to ask so that we wouldn't freak out. We had to move out of state and my co-workers were telling me how hard it had been for them to get an offer accepted. It started to overwhelm us but luckily, Jorge took care of everything. We picked the home we liked the most from the computer and he took care of having a local realtor write the offer exactly as he suggested. Not just did we get the offer accepted, but Jorge also communicated with our agent in Florida the entire time to make sure our Florida loan went well. When we flew out to see our home, we wrote down everything Jorge told us to do and ask and sure enough, it was the Bible of real estate relocation. Looking back now I can honestly say that Jorge made everything super easy for everyone. He maintained control of everything because of that, everyone was happy.
