This was an extremely challenging sale as it was the result of the untimely death of a family member. Nevertheless, Joe Scotto was extremely adept at handling many of the tasks related to preparing the property for sale, while our family mourned the loss. Joe went WAY above and beyond to accommodate us, FAR exceeding what we could ever expect from a realtor. Joe met with us regularly and e-mailed us frequently with status updates on the pending sale and even met with our attorney to make sure that everything was progressing smoothly. Joseph is very tenacious when it comes to selling property and we benefitted greatly from his real estate expertise. I strongly recommend using Joe Scotto, without ANY hesitation as your realtor if you are looking for someone who is extremely agile and adept at selling property while also being sensitive to customer's unique needs and concerns.
