Josh took the time to answer many questions about different options we were considering prior to starting our home search and selecting an agent. He stayed connected with us during the time we were weighing our options and never pressured us to make a decision in a specific time frame. He provided good feedback/advice when asked and never made us feel rushed in the conversation. Josh was always accessible before, during, and after purchasing our home. He sent us information on our home we purchased, understanding our needs, and had he not sent it our way we likely would still be in search mode. And when we went through offers he helped us to understand them and compare them and to guide us when making our decision to what would be best for our situation.
