Never felt like lack of in-person was a hinderance. Glad we were on the same page vis a vis health precaution. With the rapidly rising cost of the market and the timeline of our move - time was a big factor for us. Julie was always extremely prompt in every stage of our purchase. Our closing happened as fast as possible, because Julie often worked evenings and weekends to make it happen.
