Karen Freeman is a welcome addition to our team, bringing fresh energy to our Magic City. Married to her husband Kevin for over 30 years and the mother of 4 fabulous kids, family is her first love. Real Estate is her second love. Now that all of the kids have grown up and moved out, she's excited to be fully devoted to her clients. Having been a kindergarten teacher right out of college, she knows just what young families are looking for. She has also worked with the elderly and understand what it's like for people to have to sell the lifelong family home. Moving from OK, KS, WI, and now to Montana, Karen also knows what an adjustment it can be to have to settle down in a new community and find what you need.

Seller reviewKaren Freeman was very helpful in explaining all aspects of marketing and selling my home. I greatly appreciated her professionalism as well as her positive and reassuring manner. She understood that I wasn't just selling a house, but a home that I had built and raised a family in. She guided me through preparing the house for showing by sharing valuable suggestions on how to make it appealing to future buyers and giving me time frames for each step. I appreciated her knowledge of marketing, trends in sales and timing as well as pricing. She held open houses frequently even through poor weather. She was able to sell my home at a time of year that was not peak season and did so in 7 weeks. Karen did a wonderful job of negotiating with the buyer's agent as well as offering suggestions to me on what points to consider negotiating. She was always readily available and willing to answer questions as they arose. I realize it was a business transaction, but Karen's friendly, caring personality made it feel more like a positive personal journey. It is very apparent that she enjoys helping people with these life transitions. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Karen and I believe you will be too!
