Our home was barely on the market when agents were showing it and we got offers. Multiple offers. In less than a week we were in contract and closed in less than 30 days. The process was smooth and fast!!

Through the whole transaction Karen was awesome very helpful with selling of the first property to the purchase of the second. If she did not know the answer she always found the correct answer. As the process of a 1031exchange is sometimes very complicated. Karen was fantastic through everything.

Karen Karlow is very diligent in performing her duties as a real estate agent. She stays right on top of every aspect of the transaction to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Karen also updates her client on all showings of the home and follows up with every other agent that shows house to get additional feedback and promptly answer any questions. Karen was also very helpful in recommending some staging of the house and determining the correct listing price. All of Karen's attributes that i have described resulted in the successful sale of my home.
