She was professional, stayed on top of communication, worked to bring in good offers and closed the sale close to asking. She was optimistic, knowledgeable and followed through. When our first deal had fallen through Kari took the time to listen to my irritation without judgement; made a new plan to send out another marketing push and a couple months later we closed higher than the previous offer.
