Time was of the essence to get our house on the market since we were contingent on buying another property and we had to move fast. Our house had accumulated stuff due to living there for 35 years and we needed cleaners, inspections, stagers etc. Kelly was there for us making phone calls and getting people to the house to do all this. She even helped us with staging when we needed that done. She worked hard and told us what would help us get more money, such as recommending paint where needed and decluttering a pantry full of stuff. I think by doing that she increased the value of our home quite a bit. I wouldn't use any other agent. She is truly a remarkable person and real estate agent.

We have known Kelly for years and were very happy to finally have a chance to have her as our agent. We know that she has always put her clients first and foremost and we felt nothing but trust as she helped us navigate a crazy and complex housing market. Kelly was very thorough in keeping us informed of any potential issues with houses we looked at. She also kept us in the loop on repairs being made to our house we did purchase including missing items that were not initially completed. She definitely advocated for us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care. Kelly was always available and keeping us in the loop of the market, the neighborhoods, and realistic expectations for where we were at. I'm sure at times she thought we may be a little naïve and taking it too cautiously but she met us where we were at and when we found "the house" she helped us put in a competitive offer and get a deal done. We are so thankful we had Kelly in our corner throughout the entire process.
