Buyer reviewKimberly Ernest is a professional! She was able to complete the sell of a house that I had on the market for over a year before she took over. And she sold it in just a couple of months. Then she was able to relocate us into the neighborhood that we had our eyes on from the moment we knew we were moving into Pittsburg, Texas. We found a nice house that we are proud of, and Kim orchestrated the deal in a fashion that got us a few extra perks that saved us money at closing and in the long run of living in this house. We feel like we made out pretty good in both deals. Even though the process is long, stressful, and there were moments that I personally wanted to quit, Kim has the presence of calm and perseverance. The deals got done and not only are we ecstatic, but we feel like we made a true friend along the way! Thanks Kimberly Ernest!

Seller reviewWe were being represented by another agent, and trying to sell a house while looking for another when we met Kimberly Ernest. Before we met her, we had also met a few other agents while looking at other properties. Kim came across as knowledgeable in the area we were trying to move into, but more importantly Kim is a genuine nice person that we were drawn to from the beginning. Kimberly Ernest is very sweet and patient. I'm sure I'm not the worst client she has ever had, but I'm quick to jump at things, which at times made things complicated. But Kim was patient and handled it in stride. She answered any question I had in a very reasonable time and kept me calm through the process. And that's saying A LOT!
