Meet Lauree Watkins - Your Professional Realtor: This is not going to be your typical Agent Bio. After much reflection, I wanted to share with you my WHY...WHY I am passionate about serving and helping others. Having a successful real estate career is the byproduct. At my core, I know and understand my purpose and that is to serve and help others. When you live those words, others know it to be true. When you live those words, it will take you far beyond what you ever imagined you could achieve. I have a servant's heart and that is where my passion lies. Life is a journey and every opportunity that you have to touch someone else's life and make it better extends your own personal journey. Does this sound like a ministry? In a way it is for me...I can speak with conviction because I know my skillset and my mindset. I strive to bring VALUE to my clients each and every day!
As a Georgia native raised in Savannah, I came to the Atlanta area in 1990 upon graduation from the University of Georgia. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a sales concentration, I was very fortunate to have worked both in inside and outside sales for various business forms companies; most recently as contract employee at Coca-Cola USA within the forms management department. I have extensive knowledge in all facets of customer relations including negotiations, marketing, and communications and am very excited to bring that expertise to real estate!
After this career, I was able to be a full-time stay-at-home Mom to 2 beautiful daughters. When they were in middle and high school, I got my real estate license in 2014. I typically work in the northeast corridor of Atlanta as a local resident of Forsyth County for the past 30+ years but will go where my clients take me across Metro Atlanta!

Seller reviewBest thing I did when I decided to sell my home in Suwanee was to ask Lauree Watkins to represent me as my realtor! More than one person had referred Lauree to me. She is thorough in her research, on top of all communications, and always has her client's best interest in the forefront. Lauree thoroughly researched comps in the area and priced my house to sell, but also, not to leave money on the table. When the first buyer's financing fell through, she proactively reached out to the secondary buyer to lock down a contract. I truly felt like Lauree was working hard for ME!
