I was first introduced to Lynne by my sister (who just bought a property as well) and have never regretted it. Lynne has been absolutely amazing to us from minute one. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place that fit all of our needs, especially in these crazy times. She was extremely accommodating and understanding to my hectic schedule and made everything happen in the little free time I have. I would highly recommend Lynne to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a home/property of any kind because I know she will go above and beyond to help everyone she can. Lynne Koehle-Mattice is a friend of mine. I knew that she was an excellent agent who would do everything within her power to help me find my home. And she did!! In all aspects of the search for, and purchase of, my new home Lynne has been everything I could have possibly asked for in an agent. Her knowledge and expertise were impeccable. Her ability to guide me, a first time home buyer, through this sometimes complex, and quite honestly scary, process was incredible. Despite the constant barrage of questions, concerns, and occasional momentary lapses in reason from me, in every interaction Lynne treated me with patience and respect. Lynne took careful note of the physical requirements of the home I wanted, as well as the financial aspects of what home I could afford, and together found me my perfect home. We joked after the showing that the sign out front should have said "Kendra's House" instead of "For Sale". I could not have had a better agent than Lynne Koehle-Mattice and I believe that I could not have found a better home than the one Lynne helped me purchase.

Although the property that Lynne sold for me was probably a very small commission for her, she put the same effort into the sale as she would have for a million dollar property. I live 3 hours from the home and she made the selling process very convenient for me. I would recommend her to anyone in her surrounding area.

A fair and honest sales person

Lynne Koehle-Mattice was very honest and trust worthy. I felt she had my best interest at heart. It was a difficult property to sell because of it's age, I was very emotional about it. She was kind and patient. She was so enthusiastic about the out come. I think she could represent anyone and be fantastic. Century 21 is fortunate to have someone so ethical, kind and polite in their office.
