Seller reviewWanted to sell property reasonably fast at a fair price. We live 220 miles away and could not be in the area during sales period. Mark Davis was excellent at performing the paperwork for us over the internet and email supplemented with several pleasant phone calls. Mark could not be more pleasant to work with. We really wish that we could have been present during the sale and be more helpful to him. My brother-in-law had lived in the house for the last 3 years and were fortunate that he was able to help with much of the preparations for showing. Wish we could have been present in Grass Valley and more helpful. If anyone in that area requires an agent or a cleanup service, we will highly recommend Mark Davis. Mark was extremely helpful by using his cleanup business (Marks Hauling) in preparing the property for sale. He did much physical work himself such as removing a large room carpet from a barn by dragging it 200 to 300 feet to a storage unit at house. He also installed the water heater straps and installed smoke and CO detectors in the house. Valda Luckey was helpful in coordinating several documents from the office.
