Seller reviewMarsha Harris was our agent for selling our Petaluma home. Before selling, Marsha made not only a Market Survey for our home, but also provided us with advice of things to do to our home so it would be more saleable. We did those items. It was excellent advice since we had offers within 3 days of listing our home on MLS. Among the reasons why we chose Marsha as our agent...her extensive knowledge of the homes in Petaluma and especially in our neighborhood, her professional manner, both with us and with perspective agents and their clients, her knowledge of contracts and escrow, and her upmost patience and knowledge when answering our many questions. Working with Marsha was a wonderful experience. She is an amazingly valuable asset to Century 21 Epic and we highly recommend that anyone selling a home or looking to purchase a home in Petaluma or the surrounding areas to consider having Marsha as their agent.

Seller reviewMarsha Harris was known for handling mobile home park properties in the past. It was important that I find someone who knew how to sell a park property. She came highly recommended for her superior skills and friendliness. Marsha made the entire process easy and quick. Just wonderful. Really appreciated how she walked me through all of the documents, and always responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. She remained pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process, and gave good advice based on her expertise.

Seller reviewMarsha Harris found us this new house 33 years ago, when other agents were not understanding what we wanted.She worked hard to find it, and work through all the details to buy it. I would not have considered talking to a different agent, so long as she was still involved in real estate. I had the earned loyalty to Marsha, not to EPIC or Bundesen. She had to work even harder to sell it in today's market, plus having to deal with my no longer living in Petaluma. In my opinion, it is the agent, not the firm, that is the critical factor.EPIC needs to identify its best agents, and do what is necessary to keep them! It was extremely helpful for Marsha to know andput me in touch with all the necessary resources/people I would need to sell the house in the normal fashion, although I ultimately did not need them as it sold, mostly "as is", before atually getting on the market. I am very appreciative. Couldn't have been better.

Seller reviewMarsha went above & beyond to sell my home! It was during the New Year holiday and the biggest rain storm California had in a long time! It was quite the challenge and Marsha got the job done! She is very professional and has a calm polite demeanor about her that really helped with my anxiety during this stressful time! Marsha is the best and I would not hesitate to use her services again!
