Seller reviewMelanie was instrumental in the sale of our home and working out all the details when unexpected bad weather and new home repairs needed caused some issues right before our closing. She was creative in problem solving and ultimately came up with a way for us to still close as planned in a highly u usual situation. We are absolutely thrilled with her service! She is compassionate, warm, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, easy to talk with, and has been so helpful to us! She has many contacts in the industry and helped us on both the sale of our home but also navigating the waters of building new construction. I couldn't recommend her more highly and we will absolutely use her again if we move in the future!
