Seller reviewI have worked with Myrna Dwyer before when I purchased the home I was now going to sell. It was my first time purchasing a home at that time and now my first time selling. We hoped to sell our house as quick as possible due to our plans to move out of state and I immediately phoned her. When she came to meet with us, she prepared a packet of information on my home and the on homes that sold in our area. She was knowledgeable about how much our home could sell for. She talked us through the sale process and waited until we were 100% ready. We were able to sell quickly and Myrna kept us informed on the next steps every along the way. She was available to our questions and needs at all times. She was flexible with our schedules and when we wanted/needed things to happen. She is very professional and at the same time she treated us like family. My husband and I highly recommend Myrna Dwyer and Century 21 Classic Estates.
