Another advantage of working with Pete is that his wife is a mortgage broker for a large brokerage firm and like Pete she has a ton of experience, is highly responsive, and will get you the best rate, all while staying within your budget, as opposed to the traditional method of telling you what you are "approved for" which is generally much higher than what you can actually afford.
