At one visit Ralph mentioned he had this great Lot on Bob Sandlin and it was fantastic. He also went above and beyond by working with Titus Water District and their inspectors and attended the Board Meeting and he got us the Easement Approved! AND he got the survey done on the lot. Ralph is a Gem to work with and will definitely recommend him to anybody, his knowledge and professionalism was extremely important.
