I could not have been referred to a better realtor than Shirley Barklow. It was enough having to put the house on the market, but from out of state, too? Surely a challenge, I thought! Mrs. Barklow fostered the best long distance seller/realtor relationship anyone could want. Shirley was the perfect fit for my needs. I was impressed with her knowledge of what I needed to do to prepare the house for sale, knowledge of the area, how to advertise to attract buyers, and of the housing market in that area. Not only did she possess all of those qualities, she was very personable, had a sense of humor, and was very caring. She kept me in the loop at every turn, from the sourcing of reputable inspection entities, to doing some manual labor because I wasn't able to be there. She also shared the what and the why of the actions that were being taken. The house sold very quickly and I want to thank Shirley for a job well done.
