Buyer reviewSteve was wonderful to work with while looking for my new home. I had some very specific "must haves" on my list so the knowledge and experience Steve has in Shelby Twp was extremely helpful. Even when I asked to see a house that didn't "really" fit my must have list, he patiently and graciously viewed it with me. It wasn't long before the perfect new home foe me came along. Steve went above and beyond helping me submit my offer and securing my new home. Thank you Steve foe everything!

Seller reviewThis was not the 1st time I've worked with Steve, however it had been 20 years. Steve was extremely helpful every step of the process. From prior to listing suggestions, explaining the process, helping to determine listing price, preparing listing and having photographs taken. Steve was easy to communicate with and was a great help explaining the multiple offers I received so that I could make a decision on the buyers best suited for my house and me. Steve knows his business and was great to work with.

Buyer reviewI found Steve Pouliot on a Google search and called him up. Did a bit of a phone interview with him and based upon that decided to engage with him. Steve was able to get me my house within my budget utilizing his relationships and knowledge of the industry. The house was listed for $50k above my budget, Steve got me the house for $45k below asking price. Nice job! Steve always got back to me quickly about any questions I had. He was also available every time I asked to see a home. Steve was great, I can't say it enough. He even gave me a small gift for the house at closing which his wife made for me.

Buyer reviewThere are not enough ways to say thank you. Steve was beyond excellent throughout the entire process and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for an agent. I was pretty picky about some aspects of my search and he never mentioned any issues with all of my requests. He pointed things out that I would have never thought of and was just overall helpful. I can't imagine that anyone else would have done as good of a job. He made the experience much better than I could have ever anticipated and I will be forever grateful for him during this process!
