Her knowledge and understanding of our needs became clear that first day. Over the next several weeks she showed us several properties and then she found "the one". Buyer reviewI inquired about a home in Oriental, NC that I saw on Zillow. Suzanne Gwaltney was the agent who represented the property. She responded quickly and inquired about what I was looking for . She asked lots of questions and gave me considerable information. There weren't any houses in the area that met our needs and Suzanne did not try to push us in a direction that wasn't right for us. We put our house hunt on hold for over a year but when we reached out to Suzanne over a year later, she was ready to jump right in. She knows the area well; she showed us places and areas we never would have known about from an online search. The people in her office are courteous and helpful as well. Dana met us on a Sunday when we had to change an appointment day at the last minute. Suzanne handled the contracts; negotiations; inspections and everything you would expect. She also will also tell you about restaurants; grocery stores and where to get a good cup of coffee! She exceeded our expectations and provides a level of service not frequently seen anymore. I highly recommend Suzanne Gwaltney.
