For instance, Tess proactively confirmed an issue with the property ownership as it relates to a living trust that was not properly transferred. It did cause a delay in the sale of the property as court hearing was required to officially do the transfer of ownership, and before I can legally sell the property. If Tess had not discovered this issue early on, there would have been bigger problems later; further delaying the sale of the property. I also received multiple offers with much thanks to Tess' superb advertising and consistently ensuring the sale info was out there for potential buyers to see.
