We were blessed to have our daughter recommend Tim Matthews to be our real estate agent. He was extremely friendly, open, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and getting us through the purchase of our house. Not having purchased a house in the recent past, it was wonderful, having such a knowledgeable individual such as Tim Matthews lead us through the process Tim Matthews was on top of every facet of our house purchase. He helped expedite it in a matter of days. He was always available for any questions. Prompt, courteous, and efficient. As previously stated, we had not purchased a home in sometime. But, we were not impressed by any of these companies. We received a high recommendation on Tim Matthews from a community neighbor and decided to give it a try. Tim led us through the volume of legal documents and explained areas of those documents that were difficult to understand in laymen's terms.
