Buyer reviewwe were in need of a property that consisted of two dwellings, it seems as if the only one available in our price range was in need of a lot of work and over priced, the property we purchased, could not of been in our price range if we had not offered the low price that we had the nerve to offer. Tony did not bat an eye or try to discourage us , he just did his job and made the offer,we really admired Tony Lender for that. Tony was by our side every step of the way,we felt as if we were dealing with a family member. Seller reviewDealing with a real estate transaction shortly after my mother's death was not something we were looking forward to at all but - thanks to Tony Lander - it was (to the extent these sorts of things ever are) an absolute joy! His helpfulness, understanding, sense of humor, and just general humanity were all factors in making this so. Tony was recommended by a long-time friend who we trust implicitly. As it turns out, we made a VERY good decision by going with our friend's recommendation! We hit it off with Tony immediately, which was certainly a plus. Given the fact that we were doing this from 3,000 miles away, it was much appreciated that we got constant updates, clear explanations of the process, and all the necessary documents in need of signatures in a timely manner. This experience was virtually stress-free and we have Tony to thank for that. This was the smoothest, most pain-free experience we have ever had with a real estate transaction. Tony was GREAT! (no cereal-related pun intended....). We were incredibly happy with everything he did and how he did it and with his performance overall. We could not recommend anyone more highly!

Seller reviewTony Lander did a great job selling our manufactured home. He had actually been our agent 4 years prior, when we bought it, and we were so pleased with him then that we wanted him to be our agent when we sold it. Tony always followed through with everything. Tony made sure that everyone who wanted to view the house had a chance to do so. He always let us know ahead of time when clients might be coming through, as did other agents as well. Also, he gave us great tips for making our home more visually inviting to prospective buyers. We have recommended Tony Lander to a friend, who then utilized Tony's services to buy a townhouse here in Petaluma several years ago. We also just recommended Tony to our neighbor who will be putting his house on the market in a few months, possibly earlier. Thank you, Tony Lander!
