I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers and know that the key to a successful real estate transaction is Communication! I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. The real estate market changes everyday and it is very important for me to keep myself educated with continuing education classes on a state level as well as brand level.

She is honest and doesn't sugar coat anything. She listens to your every want and need and takes it all into account when searching for your home. Seller reviewI had previously worked with Tonya while I was in a Human Resources capacity at Kimberly-Clark in Paris, TX. Tonya was more than willing to take potential Kimberly-Clark candidates (considering moving to the area), on tours of the Paris community. I could always rely on Tonya to be available to take the candidates on tours and introduce them to the community. I was so impressed that Tonya would take the time with individuals that may or may not move to Paris and therefore not need a realtor! In other words, Tonya spent the time helping others for which she may or may not benefit from in terms of gaining a client. This demonstrated Tonya's true character - being willing to do the hard work, gain trust and build rapport without expecting anything up front. When I accepted a job outside of Texas, I knew that I wanted Tonya to be my Realtor. I trust her and know that she works hard and knows her stuff! I'm so glad I got to work with Tonya in selling my home!
