Buyer reviewSo, I am not sure why it is saying Theresa Guthrie was my realtor. But I had no interaction with her and can not speak to her character. The realtor(s) I worked with and provided outstanding service were Melissa (mostly her) and Thomas Bagley. They adapted to my unique situation and urgency. Made me feel at home in the community. And their unique style really helped me get over the hump of owning my first home. They cared very much for me and my situation and I would use either or both of them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Melissa and Thomas Bagley for helping me find my first home and welcoming me to the Tri-City area! I would rate you both 11/10!!!
