The Property Sisters were extremely efficient in facilitating the acquisition of two 4-plex rental properties here in Kenai. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. They communicated effectively and were great negotiators on our behalf, resulting in being able to close both deals quickly. They also now manage all four of our rental properties. They interact well with our tenants and quickly address issues as they come up. We saw this property for sale (Zillow) and really wanted it, but missed putting in an offer by one day. When informed of this, we told Property Sisters if sale failed to go through to please let us know. Three weeks later I received a call letting us know that sale had failed and it would be coming back on the market. If not for their quick action we might've missed out again.
