Seller reviewA number of things came through : Rosie is very experienced, tactful, patient, able to explain the housing market in today's economy and most of all , was willing and able to completely take over all of the "fixit" tasks, etc. as I live in WA state . She was amazing. Competent beyond the call of duty. I was and am so impressed with the work she went through to pull off this sale. I will not forget this one. What can I say? The best realtor ever in all my 76 years. The staff was kind re: my lack of computer skills. Doc -U- Sign was a big step. Still not sure I like it but it saved me a trip to California to scratch my initials. They were good. Also worked late hours which was helpful . Excellent, excellent, excellent.

After having used another broker in the past that wasn't good at all, it was a refreshing change to meet a true real estate professional. Both Dee Dee and her mother Rosie were fabulous to work with.
