Seller reviewI would like to start off by saying, Jacqueline is amazing. She conducts herself professionally, and has crafted a Rock Star Team that continuously goes above and beyond for clients. From communication, to advocating for clients, to keeping all parties update on property status,.. Jacqueline has all bases covered. We met back in 2017, when she helped me acquire a duplex via FHA lending. The process was long, due to no fault of anyone. Utilizing FHA is just tricky when attempting to enter the Multifamily space, especially at the price point that I could afford. Jacqueline hung with me every step of the way, and kept my moral and spirits high. We found a duplex, and she helped me cross the finishline and assisted me every step of the way. Six years later, Jacqueline was my first call when it was time to sell the asset. Again, she gave me the confidence, knowledge, and experience needed to help make it happen. I am planning to utilize her expertise on many deals to come. Thank You!
