Buyer reviewCory was great to work with, he was easy to reach and always had the answers to all of our questions and if he didn't, he would tell us he didn't know and would find out immediately. He was able to get us into any house we wanted to go see as well. The closing was very smooth and he told us what to expect. Being this was our first time buying a house, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would recommend him again and will use him again when its time to sell.

I met Karen at a yoga class, had no clue that she was a realtor neither did she know that I was looking into buying a home. Her sense of hospitality and kindness is what set forth the first dialogue with her. She reached out and welcomed me to Yoga class and since then she presented to be a wonderful individual to talk to during Yoga classes. As a result of her reaching out during my first day at the yoga class it created an opportunity to talk to her about my experience of retiring from NYPD and moving to Georgia and my intention of buying a home in Lawrencecille,GA. The rest is History. Thank you Karen for everything you did for us during the process and the closing of our new Home.

Seller reviewI was very pleased that my condo sold in just a few days and it sold for way above the price I originally had in mind. The experience working with Joe Bleckley was great. I have a pretty busy work schedule and he took care of everything from staging the house, arranging the photo shoot and talking to all the interested buyers. The buyer had a few last minute requests which at first made me nervous but Joe explained everything to me and then took care of the requests with the other agent. All I had to do was show up at the closing and then take my check to the bank. Thanks Joe!
