One very important example was when we had an inspection that could only be conducted on a day we were scheduled to be away on vacation. Instead of canceling our trip or leaving us to search for someone to meet the inspector, Matt himself volunteered to handle the situation. Mr. Conde is a true professional; I will use him again and recommend him whenever possible.
