Very attentive to my needs in a house. Matthew conde would always have the answers I needed. Always made sure we were in the range we needed. He was always available for any questions I had. I couldn't have done this as a first time buyer without him. Matthew conde was always very honest with me about everything. He walked me through it all step by step. Helped me understand everything in layman's terms. Buying a house is stressful enough. Matt made it relaxing while looking at houses. He was always there at the exact same time as us and would explain things about the house we wouldnt have known as first time buyers. Everyone was very helpful. Where he goes above and beyond is in the time and effort he puts into each client-not just each sale.
