I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I worked for Uncle Sam spending two years in the Army. After my discharge I started my sales career, while going to night school to get my Bachelors degree from Franklin University. For 35 years I was a Document Processing Specialist for Bell & Howell Co and Canon USA. I have sold to single entrepreneurs, education facilities, service related facilities such as hospitals and libraries, small, medium and large corporations. Individual sales ranged from several hundred dollars to large systems in the five figure field. I belonged to TRI Village Sertoma, a service organization, for 23 years, and while President, I helped raise over a half million dollars for charity. Seller reviewThe sellers (my brothers and I) are all out-of-towners and couldn't be in Sun City Center on a frequent basis. Phil DiRosario went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate our circumstances. For example, he was always available to locate contractors, schedule them, and admit them onto and into the premises. In that regard and in other ways, I think he did much more than an agent would normally be expected to do. In general, he completely earned and received our trust on all matters. Prior to the sale, he was extremely diligent in identifying what work had been performed on the house over the years -- I felt that was very important because my brothers and I did not know what had been done because we did not occupy the house. He was also extremely knowledgeable about what would or might need to be done to the house in view of state and insurance requirements, so that we could make informed decisions about whether to perform that work, the asking price, and the sale price. During the entire process, Phil was both professional and personable, listened to us, provided guidance and advice, was easy to get a hold of, and was prompt with updates. All in all, I am 100 percent satisfied with Phil's performance and feel very fortunate that we had him as our agent.

Then he was instrumental in the sale of our first home with market analysis and valuations that were spot on.
