I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I worked for Uncle Sam spending two years in the Army. After my discharge I started my sales career, while going to night school to get my Bachelors degree from Franklin University. For 35 years I was a Document Processing Specialist for Bell & Howell Co and Canon USA. I have sold to single entrepreneurs, education facilities, service related facilities such as hospitals and libraries, small, medium and large corporations. Individual sales ranged from several hundred dollars to large systems in the five figure field. I belonged to TRI Village Sertoma, a service organization, for 23 years, and while President, I helped raise over a half million dollars for charity. Buyer reviewThis is our 2nd property transaction overseen by Phil DiRosario. After working with Phil on a prior purchase, I knew he would be watching that all of the details were taken care of so I didn't have to stress too much about the "what ifs". During our initial visit to check out our new home, I think Phil actually did a more thorough inspection of the property than we did. Especially since I fell in love with the home as I was walking through the front door and forgot I should be looking at the functional and structural parts! He was a great help in the economic area too. Finding comparable properties so we would have the info to make an informed offer. Phil has his clients best interest at heart and will monitor all the steps and help with the details throughout the purchase process.

Seller reviewPhil Dirosario had worked with my father over the last couple of years trying to market his second home. He had the utmost patience with my Dad when he decided to take it on and off the market. Unfortunately, our Dad passed and we decided to sell the home as no one had lived there in several years. We decided to use Phil Dirosario as he was so very nice to my Dad, even though we had met a very nice young lady who's husband was helping us take care of the property. She was a real estate agent as well but ultimately we listed it with Phil Dirosario. Phil Dirosario had been so nice to my Dad we thought we should honor that. Phil had great communication. He knows the area and he was a pleasure to work with. All together a great experience, even though the house had some issues we didn't know about it worked out great and we recently closed on the property. Phil Dirosario helped us through many challenges we had with the home, as Dad was a duct tape kind of guy we are finding out. None of my siblings live in the area so it was very nice to have eyes and ears on the ground.. Phil Dirosario helped us get things done around the house that needed to be done, and helped clean up things that just needed to be taken the curb. I would recommend Phil to help you sell your home.
