Seller reviewWe loved working with Grace Robideaux as our agent on the sale of our property in Starks, LA. We had worked with her in 2019 when selling another family place next door to this one. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and respectful with her clients. Ours was, for the most part, a long distance relationship as we live in Austin. She kept us well informed about everything that was happening with negotiations with the buyer and their agent. There were several issues that developed because of the buyer's mortgage company's requirements and Grace spend many hours working hard to solve the problems in a timely manner. We would most certainly highly recommend Grace Robideaux and Century 21 to our friends and family when they are in need of a trustworthy and capable real estate agent. We met Grace as our agent and she became a wonderful new friend as well.

Seller reviewI know Grace Robideaux personally and I know of her stellar reputation. I never considered hiring anyone else because of this reason. I was able to put my trust in her to do her best to sell my property. Grace is personable and professional and knowledgeable and I have the highest regard for her! Grace was wonderful to work with, especially since I am out of the loop of real estate laws and such. She was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had and I had a lot! My overall experience was more than satisfactory. In fact it was excellent. Grace took the stress of selling off of my shoulders.
