Buyer reviewMy husband and I originally found another home that Mrs Grace had listed. That's how we got in contact with her the first time. We decided to keep looking. I stumbled upon the house on Clark. I immediately called Mrs Grace to see if she could still be our agent even though it wasn't listed with her. This is our 4th home purchase and the first time using a realtor. Mrs grace was absolutely AMAZING! Between phone calls back and forth, paperwork and making sure we are protected legally, we couldn't have done it without her. After the process, I feel like family. She truly is the sweetest & kindest person. She listens and doesn't push you to make a decision you do not want just to sell a property. We absolutely LOVE Mrs Grace.
