Buyer reviewThe entire transaction was done via technology. I was unable to actually be in the area to view the home. Jim arranged a FaceTime when the open house occurred. I had seen a model home and was very comfortable with the situation. Jim's rep from his office, Erin actually went through the home with me on her phone and pointed out things of interest to me. She was able to be my eyes on the ground as Jim happened to be out of town that weekend. His response time to my 'DO' actions was immediate! Jim was referred to me by my son, who had dealings with him regarding other real estate inquiries. It was because of his interactions with my son that I decided to use Jim. He will be the one we use in the future. Jim struck me as a Home Town Fellow when I came into town to meet with him for the first time. He was patient with me and my needs/ wants in a new home and offered many listings. Erin gets 5-Stars *****

He has a very intuitive sense of what his clients are looking for in their future home and stays the course even when the market is volatile. Although Jim is an excellent salesman, he does not push, coerce, or manipulate clients to purchase property that is not exactly what they are searching for. He inserts a fun-loving sense of humor and deep understanding to defuse any anxiety or upset feelings during stressful real estate situations. We wouldn't hire anyone else for our real estate needs!
