Buyer reviewWe looked for a year and a half with two other brokers and Jim Powers showed us one house and then we saw this one and because of his knowledge and efficiency we were able to make an offer and get things rolling fast! This guy knows his business, is extremely professional and had his hands full with two people who were very tired of house hunting! He wasn't afraid to offer suggestions and was constantly providing us with the feedback we needed to obtain this house. You could tell this was not his first rodeo! It was so comforting to have him assist us through this process! His constant feedback and updates were so reassuring and very helpful! This young man is a keeper! He made several suggestions and referrals to us during the process and each one was spot on! Superb job!
