Seller reviewI rarely rate anything or anyone at the highest level, there is always room for improvement, John Elwell is one of my exceptions. Merry and I met John in September 2008. We spent most of a week with John looking for a place in Zephyrhills. I actually began to believe he could read our minds. John is very respectful, experienced, knowledgeable. One of the things about John, I picked up on right a way, he anticipates the consequences of not only his but our actions during both the buying and selling process, especially the selling process. He also kept in contact with us for the past 11 years. WOW how often have you seen a salesman do that. In my mind he is not a salesman.
