Buyer reviewI knew I needed someone that was very knowledgeable with the communities and surrounding areas, John Elwell is your man! And this deal never would of gotten done without all of John's knowledge, not just in the surrounding area but also in real estate. I am so happy with my purchase, which actually was by mistake that I even saw the property I bought. I told John Elwell what my search criteria was, he printed out the listings and off we went. John told me to get pre-qualified and I did. The property I ended up buying met my search criteria but wasn't on my list too see...why you ask, there was only 1 photo of the front of the house when all the other listing have like, 25! In fact John Elwell told me the other agents didn't even show this house, no one wanted to see it since there was only 1 pic. So by John following my search criteria it was my lucky day, we put an offer on the house and the rest is history. But not exactly, John Elwell ended up doing most of the work and pushing the other agent, not from CENTURY 21 Bill Nye Realty, to get his part of the job done. With all his effort I am now a happy home owner. I would recommend John Elwell to anyone. Thank you very much.
