Buyer reviewEric takes the time to get to know you and what you're expecting out of the purchase/sale. Kelsey and I feel so comfortable around him - as if he's been a family friend for decades. He will give you his honest opinion, regardless of how it may affect your decision. Eric makes it a priority to make sure we will be happy after buying/selling your home. It's not about getting it done quickly or for the best commission. His communication is spectacular - he provides so much information, keeps you in the loop about everything, creates videos, and walks you through every step. Eric helped us sell a house two years ago and we just bought our fourth house. Eric is the fourth realtor we've used and he's the only one we will ever want to use again.
