Seller reviewAs the information in this survey states. Eric is professional and a very kind person to work with. He makes himself available 7 x 24.. via text, email, and by phone. He always go back to us in a timely manner and tell us what we needed to position the sell in the best possible light. Sometimes you do not want to hear what you are being told, yet Eric told us what we needed to hear, even if he knew it would cause us some heart burn of hard feelings. Selling a home take balance and the abilty to see things from many different angles. Creating a suitable situation for all involved requires walking a fine line. We believe Eric did an excellent job enabling this to happen. We recommend Eric as a professional that can provide aoo of your real-estate needs.

Seller reviewAs with most real estate transactions, this one had a couple of complications. Eric did a wonderful job of managing the process, including timely communications and updates. It was made slightly more difficult as we are clients in a different state and relied on Eric and his team to take care of all of the "hands on" needs at the property. They did not disappoint. We are grateful for their timely and thorough work on our behalf.

Buyer reviewWe used a combination of Yelp and Zillow reviews to assess a number of realtors. We chose Eric due to the many sentiments that were expressed by his clients in these reviews and we believed that our needs could be met in a similar fashion. We were not disappointed. Eric was an amazing partner throughout our buying process. He worked with us on our schedule. He was available for consultation and advice from the early beginnings (about 15 months ago). He kept in touch but not in a "pushy" way. He guided us and provided appropriate advice throughout the process. I'd highly recommend Eric for any real estate deals in the NC/GV area.
