We ran into a few challenges with our propspective buyer, but Kim was able to keep us updated and she gave us helpful suggestions to keep the sale on track. Kim communicated well and kept us up to date during the whole process. She was friendly and explained things in terms that we could understand. Kim Willimans was professional and efficient.

Kim was on the spot for answering any questions I had. Kim is an agent you can trust to take care of anything you need in taking care of your property purchase and sale if you are doing that. First person you should call with any real estate transactions. Works together to accomplish and provide the best real estate service you could ever need. I did not have to worry about anything Kim took care of everything.
