I was so happy to have met the best realtor when I got my first dream home. If it wasn't with her, I'm not sure if I would have been able to find such a perfect and satisfying home! Even though I am quite picky when it comes to business, I can't help but give two thumbs up. She checked the foundation so meticulously that we were very relieved. In the end, we found the best house in just three weeks! The house was so popular that the seller received as many as 11 offers, but we followed Sang's guide and easily became the winners. Not only that, but until the closing, she found all the reasons that would convince the seller, and she reviewed all the necessary documents and walked with us until we signed the closing papers, making sure we meet 100% of all the requirements.
