I am a seasoned real estate agent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a specialized focus on residential sales. Buying or selling a home is a deeply personal endeavor, and my clients have always placed a high level of trust in me to support them throughout this process. I have maintained a strong track record of meeting and exceeding their expectations, and as a result, over 90% of my current business comes from the support of past clients and referrals from past clients. I attribute this success to my commitment to listening to what my clients want, providing well-informed and strategic guidance based on my experience and leveraging my analytic and negotiation skills in order to effectively close every transaction.
Prior to entering estate, I also have built an extensive professional background in the fields of structural engineering and interior design. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive wealth of information and a wide range of skills that have helped me achieve the best outcomes possible for my clients in my role as a realtor. For example, I am able to thoroughly evaluate multiple types of residential properties and also understand how to navigate the numerous complexities that arise throughout the buying or selling process.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family and take pride in giving back to the community through my leadership in our church community.

This was our first home purchase. She had great knowledge about the communities, building layouts, and finding locations. Also, there were tons of information for a new home buyer but she walked us through step by step.
